Kidnappers holding the young daughter of a powerful underworld figure for a $50 million ransom get more than they bargain for when the titular Abigail reveals her true nature as a vampire child in this upcoming horror/thriller starring Melissa Barrera (Scream VI), Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey) and Kathryn Newton (Freaky). Abigail is also the final role of Euphoria star Angus Cloud, who died of an accidental drug overdose in 2023.

Young Alisha Weir (Roald Dahl’s Matilda the Musical) stars as Abigail in this film directed by the team from 2019’s Ready or Not and the two most recent Scream films. It is loosely based on the 1936 horror Dracula’s Daughter.

Abigail is scheduled to premiere in theaters April 19th.
