Writer/director George Miller, the mastermind behind the wildly popular, post-apocalyptic Mad Max franchise is back.

This prequel to 2015’s thrilling action/adventure blockbuster Mad Max: Fury Road stars Anya Taylor-Joy as the titular Furiosa, who must survive many trials in her attempt to get back to her homeland after being kidnapped by Warlord Dementus, played by Chris Hemsworth.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga premieres in theaters in Australia on May 23rd and the United States a day later.
