Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust – the five emotions that helped young Riley’s navigate childhood in 2015’s emotionally moving, Oscar-winning animated film Inside Out – are back, with a now-teenage Riley introducing a new emotion – Anxiety! Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, and Lewis Black all reprise their roles as Joy, Sadness and Anger, with Tony Hale, Liza Lapira (The Equilizer) and Maya Hawke joining the cast as Fear, Disgust and Anxiety.

Meg LeFauve, who wrote the original screenplay, also wrote this one.

Inside Out 2 is scheduled to hit theaters on June 14, 2024.
