The quirky comedy/fantasy Everything Everywhere All At Once was the big nominations frontrunner during Tuesday morning’s announcement of the 2023 Oscar nominations, picking up 11 nominations, followed by 9 each for All Quiet on the Western Front, the first German film adaptation of the iconic 1928 novel about a young German recruit in World War I, and the Irish tragi-comedy The Banshees of Inisherin.
