The Screen Actors Guild has announced their 2022 nominations. House of Gucci and The Power of the Dog are the top film nominees for this year’s SAG Awards, with each movie earning three nominations.

In the television category, the top nominees are Succession and Ted Lasso, which each scored five nominations.

There were a number of surprising snubs. Despite nominations for three of its stars, The Power of the Dog didn’t get a nod for the big prize, nor did West Side Story, which had a big, powerhouse cast. Film festival frontrunner Kristen Stewart was overlooked for Best Actress in Spencer, with Jamie Dornan ignored for Best Supporting Actor for Belfast, although he could win a SAG for the big prize, Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, where it is the frontrunner.
