Warner Bros. Pictures has released the trailer for the upcoming Taylor Sheridan film, Those Who Wish Me Dead, a modern day Western survival action thriller starring Angelina Jolie, Finn Little, Nicholas Hoult (The Great), Aiden Gillan (Game of Thrones), Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) and Tyler Perry.

Based on Michael Kortya’s 2014 novel, the story is about a teenage boy who witnesses the killing of his father near a large national forest in Montana. Jolie plays the fire warden who lets the boy hide out in her lookout tower. When assassins (Hoult and Gillan) set fire to the forest to cover their tracks, the duo must survive a deadly blaze as well as the killers who are hot on their trail.

Sheridan’s prior three films (Sicario, Hell or High Water and Wind River) have each earned A+ ratings by The Reelness and made our Top 10 Lists for their respective years. Expectations are high for this one as well.

Those Who Wish Me Dead is scheduled for release in the United States in theaters and on HBO Max on May 14th.
