Tickets for the highly-awaited Avengers: Endgame went on sale Tuesday but customers of America’s largest theater chain, AMC Theaters, were left in the “Avengers dust” when the website promptly crashed minutes after ticketing was available.

The site has been down for more than 11 hours.

The AMC Theaters app has been down all day.

But fear not, AMC customers  – there is a work around. Both Fandango and Atom Tickets are working and will accept your A-List rewards number so that those of you who participate in AMC’s rewards program won’t be charged a service fee. (If you don’t have your A-List number handy, you can find it on an e-mail notification for a prior ticket.)
