The Reel Review
As Christian horror flicks go (never thought I’d say that!), this one starts out interestingly enough, with our wholesomely attractive stars fleeing a wedding-party-gone-Carrie, dodging unseen screeching monsters while trying to figure out why they were left behind after the biblical Rapture. The premise soon falls flat, however, due to their oversimplified realizations of their moral failings, hokey effects and a sudden heavy-handed preachiness that will be off putting to most viewers as they realize they just sat through a bible sermon masquerading as a cheesy horror flick.
