Despite a slow start that carries over from the finale’s lackluster Part 1, fans of the popular Suzanne Collins trilogy will not be disappointed in the action-packed finale, which is visually compelling while remaining largely faithful to the book. Viewers who haven’t read the books, however, will now finally experience the disappointment that we book readers felt when comparing the third installment to the more superior first two.
