The Reel Review
This is a promising yet eventually disappointing story about father and son morticians who are asked to perform an autopsy on a body discovered near a gruesome crime scene, who gradually discover that their subject is at the root of something truly sinister.
Although buoyed by horror packed with more chills than gore (despite the realistically gruesome autopsy visuals), the film suffers from cheesy dialogue, a prop cat that is so fake the set designer should have been fired, and lagging pacing that would have greatly benefitted from some editing.
Ah, such promise, ruined by a lame ending.
