The Reel Review
This 2015 documentary is the work of a couple of French filmmakers who blend footage of their rare access inside the paranoid, reclusive country and government-staged photo ops with interviews with defectors abroad to gain insight into what life really is like for the North Korean people. The 49 minute film is definitely worth a see by anyone seeking an interesting, bone chilling glimpse inside the lives, and minds, of the North Korean people.
