The Reel Review
This is an unconventional post apocalyptic film about a couple of young American tourists on vacation in Iceland, where, following a late night flash in the sky, they discover they are the only people left on Earth. The meandering, plot-free story will enrage most viewers (seriously, how many times can we see these two wandering empty supermarket aisles?) but it is worth a gander if you are planning a trip to Iceland and want a preview of its breathtaking scenery or are just in the mood for a little introspection about the nature of loneliness.
