Anora was the big winner at the 2025 Oscars, hosted Sunday night by former late night TV host Conan O’Brien at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California. The dramedy about a sex worker who stands up to a Russian oligarch who tries to annul her quickie marriage to his son picked up five trophies – for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Original Screenplay and Best Editing.
