CODA, the AppleTV+ drama about a child of deaf adults trying to juggle family responsibilities with her dream of becoming a singer, was the surprise winner at the 2022 SAG Awards in Los Angeles Sunday night.

In the television category, Succession and Ted Lasso won the big ensemble awards in the drama and comedy series categories, and Helen Mirren was recipient of SAG’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
