Real life spouses John Krasinski and Emily Blunt team up in this horror film about a family under fire as an alien invasion has decimated the planet’s population, tracking their human prey solely by sound. The family communicates via sign language, using their wits to survive. While the story itself isn’t new – it’s a hybrid of Signs, War of The Worlds and the psychological thriller It Comes At Night – Krasinski gives us characters we care about and the use of silence creates a claustrophobic mood that heightens the tension, creating a thriller that is taut, terrifying and full of heart.

I loved this movie. The lack of dialogue made it very tense to watch in some scenes and the ending was awesome!
